Definitely not recommended, they charged 600kr in labour for a 20 min fix. Day after my bike needed another fix, bad luck and just coincidence? I doubt it, avoid them.

I went there to get a tire and a tube. It has been pretty difficult to convince the staff that I didn't want to get the most expensive products, and I ended up with the wrong valve (Dunlop instead of racer). Nevertheless, I got good advices.

It’s a absolute no thrills retail experience, nothing more… If you want an epic service, or to save a penny, go elsewhere.

The people at P.P seem nice and nice, I would say that. But I should have taken off some old pedals which admittedly were stuck very well and therefore had to be warmed up. At an approximately agreed price in advance. Was informed the next day that this could not be done anyway and that the solution was a much more expensive intervention. I politely declined, as I thought it wouldn't fit. But I was then allowed to pay to get a bike back with pedal remains sitting and if a fairly new chain, so on the other hand I had become a lot more relaxed from the visit than when the bike was delivered. So for me it was a rather unpleasant experience to pay for something that, in my opinion, was in worse condition than what I delivered. I then tried to go to another nearby bicycle dealer and asked if it was really possible that it was not possible to remove the pedals. He was very uncomprehending about this and was able to warm up and remove the remaining pedal residue within 20 minutes and at the same time had the chain tightened and lubricated for a total price that was quite a bit below what I ended up having to let go, because it was in vain trials at P.P cycles. And much cheaper than the intervention that they otherwise said I should have done. So for me, in this case, their rather high price and the quality they have delivered unfortunately do not go together at all.

Super good service and very nice employees. Can definitely be recommended. I brought in a bike after another local bike repairer broke my rear wheel and they were super nice to fix it and even explained to me how he (most likely) broke it on purpose and unscrewed three spokes. They did it as cheaply as possible, as it was otherwise very close to having to completely replace the wheel.

Unfortunately, I have to put a star to make a review. Was past P.P. cycling yesterday morning. 3 tall men stood and chatted while we looked at electric bikes. At no point does someone come and ask if we need guidance or the like. As a customer, you don't want to have to call a salesperson. A salesperson must approach the customer. It could well indicate that the employees do not want to sell P.P's products. Sad...
