These guys are just the worst customer service in Scandinavia. Which is a hell of an accomplishment! They held my money hostage for a week (still pending), on the reason that my ID was not a valid one (BTW I travel half the planet with this ID). Now I tried multiple times (by emails and phone-calls, including an hour + waiting for customer service on the phone) to: - get the reason why this money is held (they don't tell you) - get it fixed After 2 different people on the phone, and probably 50 attempts to upload other IDs (because their email service on their website does not work when you upload an attachement, what were you hoping for?), this is still not fixed, and I was told to wait until next week... This kind of reactivity and reassurances is for sure a brilliant way to handle people's money, and incite them to invest more! :)

Have held my savings hostage for months. No reason given. Did finally talk to customer service representative a month ago. At first she didn't get back as promised. Then had to wait in line again for 20 minutes. When she finally got back she agreed they would reopen account. A month later they have not done so, and I have started the same process again. Do yourself a favor and use another broker.

Just shut down my account and used whatever was left as 'termination fee' because they didn't the back image of my ID card. AVOID!!!!!!!!!

The worst experience and worst place I have invested my money. Their service is terrible and they won't help. But money and fees they would like to be paid for.

Don't understand people have all the below problems with Nordnet. I created an account a few months ago. Got through to a staff member, after 1 minute of waiting, who was very helpful in helping me set up an account and with all my questions and advised me on other things I didn't ask about. Maybe people are WAY too busy in this modern society where everything has to go so fast? 5 stars from here.

New to the stock market, buys fund shares via the Nordnet app, turnaround time 4-6 working days. After 3 days my order disappeared from the list! Call Nordnet in 5 days, message: the order has been CLEANED, you just have to order again! “Deserves no stars”
