Be aware of this company! He bought a car from me, I´m a car dealer in germany. He contacted me for a Tesla Model 3 and told me that he want buy it including german VAT. I sent him a invoice with deductible VAT and he paid it. After 2 weeks he called me and told me that I have to sent him back the VAT. I think he show in denmark the invoice including VAT so that he dont have to pay VAT there and get back german VAT from me.

Short Story: Contacted me on 29.08. via mobile.de Offered me 33k for my Model 3. I agreed, sent all pictures, documents and answered everything they wanted to know. They agreed on 33k and wanted to make the contract ready. Michael, who is responsible for the import, then went on holidays. I havent heared anything from him in this time. After he came back he offered me 31k saying "the prices drop". Discussed started, email by email. After we agreed on 31.500 he then realised after all those weeks that its a 2021 Model and now he has no interest anymore. How unserious can you be?

After contacting Motorleasing about selling my car, Phillip responded promptly and expressed interest in purchasing it. We discussed the details, and I was asked to provide all the necessary information for the contract. Eager to proceed, I promptly sent them all the required documents and waited for their response. Days turned into weeks, and I never received any update or even a simple acknowledgment of my submission. I made multiple attempts to follow up via email and phone, but my efforts were met with silence. The complete lack of communication and disregard for my time and efforts is utterly unacceptable. This experience has not only wasted my time but also left me in a state of limbo regarding the sale of my car. I would not recommend anyone to subject themselves to the frustration and disappointment I endured. They failed to fulfill their commitment, ignored my attempts to reach out, and wasted my valuable time.

Pacta sunt servanda has no meaning here. I would strongly advise to not make any business with this highly unreliable company. They will neither keep their word nor hesitate telling lies.
