I ordered food from KTM burgers and they accepted the order and took the money. A few minutes later I get a call and am told that they cannot deliver the veggie burger I ordered, so I ask them to cancel the order and transfer my money back. A few days later I call them again as the money has not gone into my account, and the girl on the phone tells me that she will have the manager call later that day. It does not happen. I call again the next day and am told the same thing. I'm 12 days and 6 calls later still haven't gotten my money back and the last three times over the past few days I've called them they haven't even taken my call. Really sad.

I ordered food through their website. The money is withdrawn, but after 20 min. it still says "awaiting restaurant approval". I try to call them on two different numbers but no one answers. So I decide to go down to the restaurant, where I am greeted by a closed shop, mind you, in the middle of their opening hours. Fortunately, the ordering portal was quick to refund the amount.
