A fun place with a wide variety of high quality sausages available. Mainly separated by heat. The seating area is set up as a Swedish school from the 80:s. If you grew up during that period of time, you’ll recognize the environment for sure. Ordering was quick and the two girls gladly offered suggestions. I went with the daily special, two different hot dogs with potato salad at 115 kr. A bit steep, but you’re getting quality meat. They tasted well, and the condiments were also really good. The biggest drawback was the wooden one-time fork and knife. While it worked, they were a hassle to use.

And just like that you are swept back 40 years in time. You’re almost expecting someone to tap you on the shoulder and proclaim “‘tis was but a dream” as you catch the reflection of your 10yo self in the mirror. Nostalgia aside, sausages and condiments are divine. Tried the Kranjska Gora with Stenis forever etched on the telly. A little red corvette also made it onto my plate. Both delicious. Staff is beyond words and you feel more like you’ve been invited over to a friends house for lunch than eating out. If they had a bar you would probably never want to leave.

Magical environment, menu, sausages, service, humour, range and all. So welcome "sausage concept":) Yes, if you're going to complain about something, it's probably that it's a bit too expensive. But damn, it's fun.

The decoration of this place is fantastic, as is the quality of the food. I ordered lunch of the day with vegan sausage and they reduced the cost to me. Excellent. As the only suggestion, it would be good to provide NON-disposable cutlery and plates. There is no point in using them if the food will be consumed in the establishment. 🌱
