Helpful, well organized, open and interesting interior design layout. Nice of the municipality building to keep the hallway open, even when the municipality service center is closed. That way you can still take cover from the rain, and cross through the building between the two shopping streets, instead of going all the way around. Super helpful for disabled people as well, as it is wheelchair accessible.

It was nice in the kitchen to be able to help the Emergency Management Agency's helper with food

Totally bad phone service! Calling for the first time and cannot be allowed to speak to the correct employee due to busyness. I am told that the person will call me. After two hours of waiting, I still receive no call and therefore call citizen services again, where I am told that they are busy and that I must be patient, as the employees are busy. The citizen service closes an hour later and I never got a call from the employee in question! Waste of people's time, keeping them waiting for no reason. When employees do not prioritize calling citizens as promised!
