Great experience to come in and be welcomed by friendly and welcoming staff in a sales room that just plays... Thank you for the test drive in the super cool kia ev6, and the otherwise thoroughly good experience. Vh Tom Ivø

We have used Knud Nielsen Frederikssund for the past few years for our Kia and have only left with the greatest satisfaction. Great recommendation from here

As usual, really good and friendly service, there are winter wheels on the car, great that you can have them stored and changed.... No, the place has not changed, still the same good service, they solve less urgent things here and now so you can move on straight away

User Frederikssund. Can definitely recommend it. I am always greeted at eye level by Jeppe, and get a lot more than just a tidy car - namely good customer service!

Bought a new Kia Rio from this dealer last year, without a particularly happy outcome. Below are some of the things they had no control over. First of all, my towbar had not arrived home on time, and was therefore not fitted at the agreed pick-up. The first set of finance papers was not up to par, and neither was the second, but third time was lucky. They forgot to give me the wheel caps for my winter tires. The registration certificate should have been created with another user of the car, but that didn't work either. When I got my first bill from the insurance that I bought with them, the price was five times as high as agreed. I then had to spend time getting that fixed, both through Knud Nielsen and the insurance company itself. At the first service, they also couldn't figure out how to pour the right amount of oil. That's what FDM found out (read below) In addition to that, they have had it in the workshop eight times to try to fix a fault which, after they have driven it, has been confirmed by the seller himself, their mechanic, their foreman and someone from Kia Motors in Fredericia. The fault has only gotten a little better, and after they have given up, they choose to run it through an FDM used car test, where the current problem is not looked at at all, but only standard tests are done. There, however, they saw that too much oil had been poured on it. The one time they had that workshop, they also managed to make a significant scratch inside the cabin, which I have to live with now that I have completely given up on them. Their salesman should be given some credit for trying to fix it, but their top arrogant foreman drags it all down again. Rude, unprofessional and deeply unscrupulous. Since he didn't know what to do, he suddenly couldn't observe the fault, but then I got someone from Kia's head office to test drive the car and he was able to confirm that something was wrong, after only driving 500 meters, but solving it has not succeeded.
