Finding a real butcher today is a rarity. Here though we are beyond rare. Smoked ham tomahawk, hand made sausages and roasts cut to suit. You simply can't go wrong. NB warm meatballs...perfect snack

SOME OF THE BEST STEAKS I'VE EVER HAD! We had been recommended to try the steaks at Master Butcher Henrik Hansen. I travel all over the world and it's been a very long time since I've had a steak this good. I just have to add that Danish steaks (which I usually get served or buy in supermarkets) are far below the quality you get in both Australia, USA, Argentina, not to mention Japan $$$$. But I must say that the four steaks we bought last week were on top of the best we have ever had. Below you will find a look into the cooler where the meat is matured. However, I was somewhat concerned after reading some of the bad reviews. IT IS COMPLETELY CLEAR THAT SOME OF THESE REVIEWS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS BUTCHER. HELLO GOOGLE First of all, the location for this merchant is not correctly located on the map. You have submitted a report via Google Maps to that effect. Secondly most of the negative reviews associated with the wrong location (possibly a farm) seem to relate to different products than what is being sold here. This merchant is located where GM is showing Vipperød Meat Sale. The bottom line, it is a total mess of reviews mixed from two different merchants (maybe because of the error on map location). Also at first I could not find the merchant using GM navigation. The pictures I have submitted are taken with GPS location to help you correct the problem. It appears that there is another person with the same name running a slaughterhouse for horses etc. named: Henrik Hansen Kreaturslagteri at this address Nybyvej 15 4390 Vipperød

Haven't tried anything other than the sausages, but I'm extremely satisfied with them, not all the gristle, flour and water like in so many other people's sausages. 👍
