Tried the restaurant on a Saturday evening in January 2024 (we booked in advance). We ordered the Chef's choice menu, which includes mushroom soup and a fish dish. The food was quite tasty, but not filling. The fish was fresh and tasty, but had a lot of butter and the side was very small (some leafy greens and three sliced of Hokkaido pumpkin). By the end of the meal I felt both still hungry and overwhelmed by the heaviness of butter. However, I'd give the food 4 stars, especially because the bread was amazing. What I was more disappointed in was the service. When we arrived, the staff kept coming back for our order, although we told them we're waiting for another person to arrive. But after the meal, when we wanted dessert, it took a few attempts to get the menus again, and then no one came to take our order, so we decided to go have dessert elsewhere. In my opinion, the restaurant interior is trying too hard to be interesting, and getting to / from the bathroom is not exactly straightforward.

I struggled to find a table for 1 person on a Saturday night, and I'm glad because it meant I ended up at H15! I sat at the bar, which meant I got to watch the chefs prepare all the delicious food. Everything looked amazing and was carefully plated, and my starter and main tasted incredible with really interesting flavours and high quality ingredients. All the staff were welcoming and managed to turn a frustrating evening into one that was thoroughly enjoyable. Would strongly recommend!

The taste of the main courses was great, but the portion size seems a bit small considering the prices. The staff was friendly, and we were able to book the place in advance, which was quite convenient for us.

Dined here solo. The chef and bartender were both so kind. The food was fantastic, fish was flakey and buttery. Great service, atmosphere, and dinner.

Very particular place in the heart of the Meatpacking industrial district. The cuisine is extremely particular with many vegan and other raw food dishes. The offer changes quickly and you will never find more than 2/3 dishes per type of course. A lot is played on the contrasts of flavors, on the hyper seasonality of the ingredients and on the consistencies. I loved that on the menu there were so many fermented products that I love and that are all homemade by the owners of the place. The price is not cheap and the portions are small so I advise you, if there are 4/5 of you, to order the entire menu (there will be a maximum of 8 small dishes) and to share with your fellow diners. You will have the opportunity to savor more options.

Nice atmosphere super stylish - food was tasty but was small portions and most of the things on the menu they didn’t have it - a bit disappointed as we made the reservation 2 weeks before going. Not a clear explanations from the waitress. Nice concept but poor waitress service a bit overrated .

This food is so delicious, so innovative. Every dish was so perfectly crafted. We showed up without reservation on a Friday. The staff is super friendly and nice. The chefs are really passionate about their creations, making sure they hit the complete palette of tastes. It’s also a really cool interior. Great vibe, we had the best night.
