I rarely write reviews but today I have to because people need to be warned about this business. I bought a pair of sandals as a present and asked specifically if I could return them if they don’t pass or he doesn’t like them. Shopkeeper said yes even told me that he’s issued a gift receipt so it should be ok. After a few days, I take the sandals back to return because the style didn’t fit him. But they suddenly said they can’t give my money back! There was no information shared about this policy when I made the purchase and asked if I could return the shoes. They then said they have no obligation to tell people and it’s my responsibility to ask which I even did but again they didn’t tell me. They said yes you can bring it back if it doesn’t fit. They basically cheat and trick you into buying from them without any sign or information about not having a return policy. They wanted to give me store credit but there’s nothing else I want from that shop so basically they took away my money that I wanted to spend on buying my husband a gift. AVOID at all costs! You can find the same items in another shop with a more honest business model. I’ll be making a formal report to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority about their lack of transparency as well. Very disappointed and shocked to see such behaviour in a country like Denmark where most people and businesses are honest and pride themselves in that.

They're rude and uncooperative, if you want to return something. They won't give you back your money, "you can get a gift card or get lost...". Very disappointing.

Bought a bag from them online which wasn't in perfect condition. They were rude and difficult in helping return it. I'd avoid using them.
