Had my bike serviced here 3 times, and on 2 occasions had issues: - agreed to service the bike and have it washed, but they forgot about washing - so had to pick up the next day - left the bike to service the pedals, picked up and on my way home noticed that gear battery is missing. It wasn't at my place so gave a call to the shop to hear that it's super improbable for them to have it. However they called me back in 10 mins to tell that they decided to charge it and forgot to tell me / put it back so why don't I come again to pick it up, and didn't even apologize. However the bike and parts selection is good, and mechanics seem to know what they are doing - so just a management problem.

my go-to bike shop for maintenance, parts and repairs. purchased my bike new from there a year ago, and they have always taken good care of it. as a novice to the bike world, they're also super helpful answering questions i have about upkeep. best in the city.

There are fewer opening hours because of covid, so that it may become very crowded whenever it opens. My tire was flat, the sign said "knock the door" so I did, but the people inside just ignored the knocking on the transparent glass door and glass walls. I think turning their face to me and gesturing "we are closed" would he much improved customer service.

Superb service every time. Very good staff with high knowledge about bikes. Had many repairs done there and they have never let me down. You can even get a loan bike while they fix yours. Also a great selection of mtb and road bikes. Highly recommended ! :)

My experience with the shop has been very good. The staff were helpful with choosing and setting up my bike. Friendly and informed and I would use again.

Avoid this place! The staff is not helpful and the manager is REALLY rude. I went with my friends from out of town and they were treated like hell. It was my first time in the shop and I soon realised that it was overpriced. There are other options within walking distance. If you are visiting and want to rent a bike there are other places (better, cheaper and with reasonable people in charge) in the neighbourhood. Just awful!
