Very poor support in case you have problems with the boat you rented! We were stranded in Croatia for 20 hours as the boat owner changed the rental the night before our departure. It took 20 hours and numerous calls, voicemails e-mails to boatflex untill we finally tracked down the private number and got in contact with one of them. Boatflex made a lot of apologies and promises, but in the end they did very little to resolve our situation. They promised compensations at several instances but a few weeks after we just got a message saying they would give us 40 euro discount on our next rental. Would not recommend as they do not offer any support comparable with what airbnb does if there is an issue with you rental.

We have both leased and rented boats through Boatflex and it just works every time. Super good service, easy to get in touch with, and really good prices. We don't have a boat anymore, so now we enjoy being able to rent other people's through this, whatever it is for a single day or a small holiday, - wonderful concept:)

They have no idea which boats they are renting out and what condition they are in. We first got one that was rented... really!! and the next one we got was decorated and looked better. But on the 1st day the engine smoked/died. That means 4 days in port where the rain seeped into the boat from 7 different places. Hooray for duct tape, I'm just saying. When, after 4 days in port, we set off again. After that, every time we had to dock in port or use the engine it went out...the nightmare just didn't end... There was only one cooler for 6 adults, no fridge. There was only an electric hob, so we could only cook in port. Could go on...:-(((( Because of all this we got all the money back. Small plaster on the wound. But the result of this trip is that several of our children never want to go on a boat holiday again. We had 1!!!! week with our kids and because of all this it was a depressed experience and a sad experience for everyone..... 0 stars from here......

Fantastic good experience with Boatflex and with the boat! Delicious with friendly service and such a nice trip out on the water. Everything went as expected and we will definitely be back!

Excellent service and a really nice boat! We had a captain and he was both extremely friendly and met all our needs in terms of how the boat should be sailed... Can definitely be recommended!
