Nice restaurant with very friendly staff. Pleasant atmosphere. The food was unfortunately not as good on my visit. Chose their 3-course meal consisting of raw beef (cut not ground, which is appreciated) which was fresh, however, it constantly felt like something was missing. No bread! Then entrecote was served which was far too well fried and therefore dry. Sad! For dessert, creme brulee with hazelnuts was served and it really wasn't fun. Thick and very compact, didn't feel freshly made but rather like it had been in the fridge for a week. Nice wines were served in any case. Hope it will be better next time.

The food didn't quite live up to expectations as Hotel V was absolutely fantastic. Lacked a bit of flavor and seasoning in the fish. However, the whole gets a pretty high rating anyway. On the next visit, a Thursday, they had a mussel evening in the bistro. Delicious mussels with tasty sauce/broth. Good riesling wine with the food. Cozy interior and very nice and caring staff.

The vegetarian selection was mediocre, unfortunately. Pleasant atmosphere and good conditions in general. But a tired cheese pie as the only vegetarian option unfortunately does not get more than 2 stars.
