Great people serving tasty food. Value of Money. Portion is big enough as same in USA. In House Burger and Milkshake are the tasty food.

We ordered a med-rare and med-well steak. Sent back the med-well due to being rare. Waiter was really quick to take it back but the new one was still not cooked right. The med-rare was bleu...food came to the table really fast despite them having a full restaurant. I'd rather wait a bit longer and get the food done properly. Unfortunately not worth the price but staff was nice.

What more could you ask for. Based in the food court at Field’s Shopping Centre, this is a cool place to dine that provides tasty food and great service. The throwback feel to some of the USA’s most notable places is a nice touch, a lot of imagery and content around the venue and on the menu too for customers to admire.. ironically it’s actually a good advertisement for the country.

Service was friendly and ok. Had menus in English too 😊 We tried different plates. To sum up the quality of the food doesn't match the price we had to pay for it. Especially the chicken and 2/3 the sauces were not good.

Latest visit (for previous visit, see below) : nice friendly staff, and I agreed with my waitperson that my burger would come with No Mayo!, but with ketchup on the side. Obviously it came smothered in Mayo, with no ketchup. So be it. My partner requested the truffle sauce option with her chicken, but was served whisky sauce. I don't blame the waitstaff, I think the kitchen staff are letting them down, although having said that, at no time did any of the numerous wait-staff ask if our meal was ok....my partner had to take the whisky sauce back to the counter herself and request the change. I could see the potential waste of time involved and the de-synchronising of our two meals if I asked for my mayo-flooded burger to be changed, so I just ate up, and noted the fail. Anyway, there it is, and there are numerous other places to eat in Fields, any of which I shall choose in preference next time. Original review : Ok for lunch, but beware if you order a burger with Spejlaeg (fried egg, which costs an extra 12 dk from the menu) - even if you order the egg to be fully cooked, it still gets served with half the egg white uncooked, clear and runny, which on a burger with mayo etc. is about as gross as it gets. In other respects the menu has proven to be ok, so providing you don't order anything involving fried eggs, the cooking staff can handle it.

Really good burgers and fries. The meat was exactly the way I wanted it, not too raw, not to well done. The staff was a bit slow and the food did not come that quick. I would have appreciated a bit more attentiveness from the waitress. The prices are relatively high but the food quality makes up for it.

Very average burger, it is quite dry. The prices are okay, the staff is kind. I can highly recommend their lemonade.
