Top professional. Had service done on our motorhome, i.a. new timing belt before the summer holidays. Had a major engine breakdown in France. Initially, the verdict was on a broken timing belt. Telephone contact with Alexander, who stated that if it was a broken timing belt there were 2 options. Either he had installed it incorrectly or there were defects in the material. In both cases he would repair the damage at no cost to me. What a relief to hear. The camper was transported to DK on a flatbed to Alexander's workshop. He quickly found the fault (it wasn't the timing belt) and within 2 days we were back on the road. Thanks for good service. July 2022
